1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and MVision Atlantic LLC ("MVision Atlantic," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://staffingcallcenter.com (the "Site") and any services, content, or features made available through the Site.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

MVision Atlantic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Company Information

MVision Atlantic provides outsourced customer support, BPO, call center services, sales staffing, and back-office solutions to businesses in the United States and Canada.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 Permitted Use

MVision Atlantic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your own lawful, internal business purposes — specifically, to learn about MVision Atlantic's services, request information, and contact MVision Atlantic regarding potential or existing engagements.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law or regulation
• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without MVision Atlantic's prior written consent
• Use any automated means, including robots, scrapers, spiders, or data mining tools, to access, monitor, or copy content from the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the Site

MVision Atlantic reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct that MVision Atlantic determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, MVision Atlantic, or third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All content and functionality on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, service descriptions, methodologies, frameworks, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Site Content") — is the exclusive property of MVision Atlantic or its licensors and is protected by applicable U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

MVision Atlantic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site Content for your own internal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, or otherwise exploit any Site Content without MVision Atlantic's prior written permission, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

4.3 Trademarks

The MVision Atlantic name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of MVision Atlantic. You may not use any MVision Atlantic trademark, trade name, or logo without MVision Atlantic's prior written consent. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

4.4 Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other input regarding the Site or MVision Atlantic's services ("Feedback"), you grant MVision Atlantic a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

5. Services and Engagements

5.1 Website Is Informational

The Site is intended to provide information about MVision Atlantic's services and to facilitate initial inquiries and consultations. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services or a binding commitment by MVision Atlantic to perform any work. All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement between MVision Atlantic and the client.

5.2 Service Agreements

The terms and conditions governing any BPO, call center, staffing, or outsourcing engagement with MVision Atlantic — including scope of work, fees, confidentiality, data processing obligations, and service levels — are set forth in a separate client services agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement shall control with respect to the subject matter of that engagement.

5.3 No Professional Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind. You should not rely on any information on the Site as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

6. Scheduling a Strategy Call

When you submit a request to book a strategy call through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. MVision Atlantic reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any strategy call at its discretion. Submitting a booking request does not create a binding contractual relationship or obligate MVision Atlantic to provide any services.

7. Communications and Marketing

By submitting your contact information through the Site — including through the strategy call booking form — you consent to being contacted by MVision Atlantic regarding its services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing support@staffingcallcenter.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe." Operational and transactional communications related to any active engagement are not subject to opt-out.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not owned or controlled by MVision Atlantic. These links are provided for informational convenience only. MVision Atlantic has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. MVISION ATLANTIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED
• THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR CURRENT

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MVISION ATLANTIC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF MVISION ATLANTIC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MVISION ATLANTIC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MVision Atlantic and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content or information you submit to the Site.

By using the Site, you consent to MVision Atlantic's collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Severability

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MVision Atlantic with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter. Any separate written client services agreement signed by MVision Atlantic and a client shall govern that engagement and is not superseded by these Terms.

19. Waiver

MVision Atlantic's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of MVision Atlantic to be effective.
