    4. SMS / Text Messaging

MVision Atlantic LLC offers SMS/text message communications to individuals who expressly opt in to receive them.

How consent is obtained. We collect SMS consent through our appointment booking form at staffingcallcenter.com/calendar. The form provides two separate, unchecked, optional consent checkboxes — one for transactional messages and one for marketing messages. Consent is never pre-selected, is not required to submit the form, and is not a condition of purchase.

Types of messages. With your consent, we may send: (a) transactional messages such as appointment confirmations, meeting links, reminders, and account notifications; and (b) if separately consented, marketing messages such as service offers and updates.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@staffingcallcenter.com or (551) 321-2991.

Mobile information sharing — no third-party disclosure. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information, phone number, or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver these messages (such as our SMS platform and CRM), and those providers are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, mobile opt-in consent and mobile information collected for SMS purposes are expressly excluded from the disclosures described in Section 4.2 (Marketing and Advertising Partners) and Section 15 (Social Media Advertising) of this Policy.

    5. Disclosure of Personal Information

MVision Atlantic does not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, in the course of operating our business, we do share personal information with the following categories of third parties for legitimate business purposes:

    5.1 Client Organizations

Personal information collected on behalf of a client is shared with that client as part of MVision Atlantic's service delivery obligations. This includes customer interaction data, call recordings, lead data, and account information collected in the course of providing outsourced support or BPO services.

    5.2 Marketing and Advertising Partners

MVision Atlantic engages third-party marketing companies and digital advertising agencies to manage advertising campaigns on our behalf. These partners may access contact information and behavioral or engagement data solely for the purpose of executing those campaigns. They are prohibited from using the data for any other purpose.

    5.3 Independent Contractors

MVision Atlantic may engage freelance professionals and independent contractors, including through platforms such as Upwork, to assist with service delivery. These contractors may access client or customer data only to the extent necessary to perform their assigned work and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

    5.4 Technology and Infrastructure Providers

We use third-party service providers for cloud hosting, data storage, CRM platforms, communication tools, and other infrastructure necessary to operate our business. These providers access personal information only as needed to maintain and support those systems.

    5.5 Legal and Regulatory Authorities

We may disclose personal information to government agencies, regulators, law enforcement, or legal counsel where required by applicable law, court order, or legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of MVision Atlantic, its clients, or others.

    5.6 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our business assets, personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

In the past 12 months, MVision Atlantic has disclosed personal information to third parties in the categories described above for business purposes. All such disclosures were made pursuant to written agreements requiring the recipient to protect the information and use it only for the specified purpose.

    6. Data Retention

MVision Atlantic does not apply a single fixed retention period to all personal information. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with applicable legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. The appropriate retention period varies depending on the nature of the data, the context in which it was collected, and the legal or contractual requirements that apply.

    As a general matter:

    • Client and account data is retained for the duration of the client relationship and for as long thereafter as necessary to satisfy legal, tax, audit, and accounting obligations. In practice, this may mean retaining certain data for up to five years or longer depending on the applicable client engagement and legal requirements.
    • Customer interaction data processed on behalf of clients — including call recordings, transcripts, and support records — is retained for as long as required by the applicable client agreement, applicable law, or legitimate business need.
    • Marketing and website data is retained for as long as necessary to support our marketing and business development activities, subject to applicable opt-out and deletion rights.
    • Legal compliance data is retained for as long as required by applicable federal, state, or provincial law, regardless of whether the underlying client relationship has ended.

When personal information is no longer required for any of the above purposes, we take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law and industry standards.

    7. Your Data Rights — How to Review or Update Your Information

We are committed to keeping your personal data accurate, complete, and up to date. Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding the personal information we hold about you:

    • Access. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, along with information about how we use it and who we share it with.
    • Correction. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate or out-of-date information about you.
    • Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions where we are required to retain it.
    • Restriction. You may request that we limit or stop processing your personal information in certain circumstances.
    • Withdrawal of Consent. Where our processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

    How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of the above rights, please email us at support@staffingcallcenter.com. Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account or interaction with us, and a clear description of your request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Please note that in certain circumstances we may be unable to fully comply with a request — for example, where we are required to retain data to meet a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute. In such cases, we will explain the reason we are unable to complete the request.

    8. Do Not Track Requests

Some web browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing activity not be tracked. We do not alter our data collection and use practices in response to DNT signals transmitted from web browsers. There is no industry standard for how DNT signals should work on commercial websites, and therefore we have not implemented a mechanism to respond to such signals at this time.

We cannot control third parties' responses to DNT signals. Third parties' responsiveness to DNT signals is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We will continue to monitor developments in this area and may update our practices if a recognized standard is established. For information on managing your preferences regarding cookies and similar tracking technologies, please see our Cookie Policy.

    • Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

    • Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights.

    9.2 Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as required under the CPRA. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will process it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

    9.3 Authorized Agents

These measures include access controls, confidentiality obligations for personnel and contractors, and secure communication and storage practices.

Despite these precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal information. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

    13. Third-Party Websites and Services
